As part of our proven formula, Tommy Gatz Entertainment implemented a Coordinator for each service contracted to plan, coordinate and direct the services you have purchased and we are providing to you on your Wedding Day. Be it Photography, Cinematography, or DJ Services, our professional coordinators are there to make your visions become reality. So why is this an invaluable service for our clients? Tommy Gatz Entertainment has developed a tried and true stress-free system in which our coordinators will work with you to plan, coordinate, direct and then execute, your wedding day per your wishes.

In hiring us as your photographer, our coordinator will help you to create a personalized shot list for the prep before the ceremony; the ceremony itself; the formal shoot after the ceremony; and of course, the reception. Our day of coordinator with ensure that the shot list is completed and will have all your family and friends prepared for when they are needed. Our coordinator will work with the photographer to make sure all the details are perfect and nothing is overlooked.

Our coordinating for your DJ services is very similar to what we provide for photography. It begins in the back-planning stages where the coordinator will work with the bride and groom to develop a detailed itinerary and timeline for the wedding day. From all the moments during prep; to the details during the ceremony; and all the special moments during the reception, we will develop a timeline of these events that will create an effortless flow to the day. In addition, our coordinators will work with the DJ to ensure that all the announcements that need to be made are done without confusion and will ensure no one is excluded from these special moments.

Tommy Gatz Entertainment also offers an extra service which you can hire as a separate coordinator that will take all the prep work off your hands by receiving and set-up your hard goods before your ceremony and reception. A couple, nor their family and friends, should not have to worry about the behind-the-scene details on the day of the Wedding. This coordinator can assist by working with the decorator or caterer making sure that the floor plan is the way you would like; to placing and arranging the centerpieces, table décor, place cards and favors; completing and arranging set-up and placing those small little details like programs; to working with other vendors such as the florist or baker to ensure flowers and your cake are placed in the perfect locations to complete your hard work and planning. Tommy Gatz Entertainment’s Day of Coordinators can, and will, be your soldiers throughout your day.
